The DBL Portion North Evangelism Camp is going to be held in Franklin Square New York. It is open to college students and youth groups and leaders, and offers both evangelism training and experience in reaching people from a vast array of cultures, religions, lifestyles, and world views.

 

Warning: This is a fast-paced camp and is not for the faint. You will be stretched! It will in essence be like a Missions Trip without leaving the USA. But the good news is that you will not be alone!

 

As Missionaries, you will learn to pray with hurting people. You will be taught how to open-air preach and witness in a fast moving city. You will share the gospel on street corners, in parks and go door to door sharing the love of God. You will participate in community building projects and bring light into dark places. You will have hands on training and be able to take these tools and effect your local community when you return.

 

Cost: $125 for 5 days (this includes your food and lodging, not transportation)

 

Teams will arrive by 6:00 pm on August 26th

After the outreach there will be a trip into NYC to check out downtown (most likely Times Square and the sights)
